Setup Company Info is a page where the business can input important details such as the Company Name, Address, Phone, Email and upload a company Logo.  The Company Info will be used in client-facing information such as the checkout receipt, online booking page, reminders, etc. 

To Setup Company Info, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Navigation Menu ☰
  2. Click Setup
  3. Click Setup Company Info

Company Info Tab

  1. Company Name: Displays throughout the software, receipt, online booking, etc.
  2. Legal Business Name: The legal business name is only used for registering your business for sending text messages and will not display anywhere.
  3. Phone: Business phone number, displays on the receipt and online booking page
  4. Email: Business email, is used for sending emails regarding appointment notifications and appears on the online booking page.
  5. Street Address: Business address displays on the receipt and online booking page
  6. Postal Code: Zip or Postal Code, will auto-populate the City and State below.
  7. Country: Business Country location
  8. State / Province: Business State location, appears as a part of the address on the receipt and online booking page. 
  9. City: City location, appears as a part of the address on the receipt and online booking page. 

About Us Tab

  1. About Us: The text entered here will appear in the About Us section of Online Booking.
  2. Company Website:  A URL entered here will appear in the About Us section of Online Booking.
  3. Facebook URL: Enter a Facebook URL, when populated a Facebook icon will appear in the About Us section of Online Booking and when clicked, the Facebook page will appear in a new tab. 
  4. Instagram URL: Enter an Instagram URL, when populated an Instagram icon will appear in the About Us section of Online Booking and when clicked, the Instagram page will appear in a new tab. 
  5. TikTok URL: Enter a TikTok URL, when populated a TikTok icon will appear in the About Us section of Online Booking and when clicked, the TikTok page will appear in a new tab. 
  6. Company Hours: Enter hours such as 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Closed or By Appt Only will appear in the About Us section of Online Booking and when clicked, the Facebook page will appear in a new tab. 

Other Tab

  1. Business Type: Business Type for registering your business for sending reminder texts.
  2. Business Tax ID: Business Tax ID for registering your business for sending reminder texts.
  3. SMS Provider: Reference only of the SMS Provider who sends reminder texts. 
  4. Outbound SMS Number: The telephone number used to send reminder texts.
  5. Textel API Key: A unique key to lin your Textel account with your Inspire by STX account.
  6. Schema ID: A reference number for Inspire by STX Support to identify your business.
  7. Package: The Inspire by STX Feature package related to your business.
