Tax Summary Report
The Tax Summary Report provides a breakdown of services and products sold, showing what amounts were taxable vs. non-taxable, organized by worker. This report helps track tax collection accuracy and taxable vs. non-taxable revenue across your team
How to Use
Service Sales Tax Table
The first section of the report displays the Service Sales Tax Table. The columns below provide a breakdown of each column shown:
Worker Name – Lists all workers who performed services within the selected date range
Non-Taxable Services – Total value of non-taxable services per worker
Taxable Services – Total value of taxable services per worker
Service Tax Total – Total tax collected on services per worker
Service Total – Combined total of service sales plus tax for each worker
Table Totals (Bottom Row): Combined totals for all workers within the selected date range.

Total service sales including tax
At the bottom of the Service Sales Table, any Service Packages sold will be displayed, separated by taxable and non-taxable amounts.
Product Sales Tax Table
The second table of the report displays the Product Sales Tax Table. The columns below provide a breakdown of each column shown:
Worker Name – Lists all workers who sold products within the selected date range
Non-Taxable Products – Total value of non-taxable product sales per worker
Taxable Products – Total value of taxable product sales per worker
Product Tax Total – Total tax collected on product sales per worker
Product Total – Combined total of product sales plus tax for each worker
Table Totals (Bottom Row): Combined totals for all workers within the selected date range.
Quick Note: To quickly view which retail items are marked as taxable, go to Reports > Product List Report.
