Tippy Integration Error Messages

The following are error messages related to the Inspire Tippy Integration and the next steps to troubleshoot:

Transaction with Specified ID does not exist
To troubleshoot, there are two areas to consider:
  1. Are all the workers on the ticket paired between Tippy and STX?
    1. Click Here to review the Tippy Talent Pairing Instructions in Inspire by STX
  2. Ask Tippy to reset the Tippy Device because the last sent ticket may be different than the current ticket if the last ticket was not voided or completed.
    1. Email support@meettippy.com requesting a hard reset of your Tippy Device

No service data provided for tip proposal calculation

    1. Services must be present to send a ticket to Tippy
  2. Are all the workers on the ticket paired between Tippy and STX?
