The Visit Type Overview Report shows a comprehensive breakdown of revenue and visit activity by visit type, tracked by either the software or the worker This Visit Type Overview Report only reflects completed, closed tickets. This report can be exported or printed at any time.

Tickets without a client name attached will be counted as recurring clients.
Clients Table
The Clients table displays all workers who had completed tickets within the selected date range.

This table is based on internal visit types within the software, including recurring clients, new clients, and clients who booked online.
Column Breakdown:
Worker Name – Displays the first and last name of the worker.
Recurring Clients – Total number of recurring clients for that worker within the selected date range.
New Clients – Total number of new clients for that worker within the selected date range.
Rebooked – Total number of clients who rebooked for that worker within the selected date range.
Booked Online – Total number of clients who booked online for that worker within the selected date range.
Non-Service – Total number of completed tickets with no services attached for that worker within the selected date range.
Service Sales – Total value of service sales for that worker within the selected date range.
Product Sales – Total value of product sales for that worker within the selected date range.
Number of Tickets – Total number of completed tickets for that worker within the selected date range.
Product per Ticket – Average product dollar amount per ticket for that worker within the selected date range.
At the bottom of the table, a Totals Row displays combined totals across all workers for:
Recurring Clients
New Clients
Rebooked
Booked Online
Non-Service
Service Sales
Product Sales
Number of Tickets
Product per Ticket
All totals are based on the selected date range.
Note: Refunded tickets are included in the ticket count column in this report; however, any refunded amounts are deducted from all sales columns.
Note: The Service Sales and Product Sales columns will appear blank if no sales were collected during the selected date range. If $0.00 appears in either column, it indicates that sales were recorded but fully refunded.
Visit Types Table
The Visit Types table reflects quantity counts for visit types created within your software of completed tickets within the date range selected
Column Breakdown:
Worker Name – Displays all workers with a completed, paid ticket within the selected date range.
Visit Type Columns – Each column represents a custom visit type created within your software. These columns display the total quantity of that visit type for that worker within the selected date range (based on completed, paid appointments).
At the bottom of the table, totals are shown for each visit type column across all workers. All totals are based on the selected date range.
