What is a Set Price vs. Display Price?

Set Prices and Display Prices are related to our STX Payments Cash Discounting Program. Display Prices are only related to Services, Products, Classes, Packages and Memberships. 


Set Price is the price entered in the Setup Page that is used to calculate Goals, Reporting and Payroll. 

Display Price is the Set Price plus the Non Cash Payment amount added. 

Example if Non Cash Payment is 3.75%:
Service Set Price = $100.00
Service Display Price = $103.75

In this example, when looking at Goals, Reporting or Payroll the Service Sale would be $100.00 and then on the Total Sheet and if they did not pay Cash, the Itemized Sales report the Non Cash Payment would be $3.75.
