When will a reminder send?
Reminders will send hours or days before the appointment according to the setting and enabling in Setup > Setup Notifications & Reminders > Reminders tab. Clients will receive a text and/or email based on their settings in their Client Card > Client Profile tab.
The following appointment statuses will trigger a reminder to auto-send:
● Booked
● Called
● Confirmed
● Reminder Sent
● No Show
● Conflicting
The following appointment statuses will not trigger a reminder to auto-send:
● Checked In
● Complete
● Pending Deposit
