The Worker Schedule Report provides a detailed view of when workers are scheduled to work within a selected date range. This report can be generated for the entire company or for a specific worker and can be easily exported or printed at any time for record-keeping, payroll review, or scheduling analysis.
How to Generate This Report 
Select a Begin Date and End Date.
Choose to report by:
Click Generate.
When generating the report by Company, each worker scheduled within the selected date range will be separated by a blue row displaying the worker’s name. Sunday through Saturday columns will appear for each worker based on the selected date range. The hours the worker is scheduled to work will display within each corresponding day block.
If the worker has no hours scheduled, the day will display “No Hours.” Company Days Off and Worker Days Off will display in italics along with any associated notes.
