The Forecasting Report provides a projected view of future sales by combining booked appointment values with average sales data from the past 90 days. This helps estimate expected revenue for upcoming months.
You can select any future month and year to view forecasting predictions. This report can also be exported or printed at any time for easy sharing or record-keeping.
How It Works
When a future month is selected, the report display values based on:
Estimated values for packages, memberships, gifts, and other sales are calculated using the average of the last 90 days of transactions divided by three.
Table Breakdown
Each row represents an individual worker:
Important Note: Only active workers who have recorded service sales within the last 90 days will appear in this report.
Totals Section (Bottom of Report)
At the bottom of the table, you’ll see a full breakdown of projected values:
Total Booked Value → Combined estimated service value from all workers
Estimated Membership Value → Average membership sales from the last 90 days (divided by 3)
Estimated Product Value → Projected product sales based on the last 90 days
Estimated Package Value → Average package sales from the last 90 days (divided by 3)
Estimated Gift Value → Average gift sales from the last 90 days (divided by 3)
Total Forecast
The final projected total is calculated as:
Total Forecast = Total Booked Value + Estimated Membership Value + Estimated Product Value + Estimated Package Value + Estimated Gift Value
