How do I change a worker's level?

To change a worker's level, first you will want to make sure the level is populated in Setup Services.
  1. Click the Menu Icon (≡), click Setup > Setup Services > Setup Services
  2. Click on the Services
  3. Check the box for Use Multiple Price Levels
  4. Enter in the Price & Durations for the Level
  5. Click Save
Next, you'll want to apply the level to the worker:
  1. Click the Menu Icon (≡), click Setup > Setup Workers > Worker Detail
  2. Select the Services tab
  3. Select the Level 
  4. Click Apply Level
  5. Click Save
Note: Custom pricing will not be changed by applying a new level.
