Credit Card Batch Report (NEW!) - Credit Card Batch Report to Transaction Reports that will calculate the total amount in card processing daily starting at the global batch time of 9:30 PM EDT the day before.

Reset Appointment to Booked Status (Enhancement) - Appointments that were Checked In accidentally can now be
reset to booked status by going to the Appointment Ticket, clicking Void Ticket and select the option to
Reset Appointment to Booked Status.

Multiple Refund Capabilities (Enhancement) - Refunds can now be performed unlimited times on the original ticket. Prior to this version, once a refund was completed, you could not refund other line items on the ticket.

Edit Tip Capabilities (Enhancement) - The tip details can now be fully edited by going to the Completed Ticket, selecting Edit Tip Details, click the Tip line item and edit the Tip Amount, the Worker associated and if the tip is Left in Drawer or Tip Paid Out.

Sort Services (Enhancement) - Simply assign a number to the order you would like the packages to appear for in-store and online listing.

Inactive Workers with Appointments Appear on the Appointment Book (Enhancement) - When a worker is no longer Active but there are appointments for that worker on the book, they will remain on the book until those appointments are modified. Previously, users would have to select "Show All Workers" or delay deactivating the worker.

Default Cash Drawer Selection (Enhancement) - When selecting a cash drawer, the software will default to the first selection in the list.

Print Formatting Global Update (Enhancement) - All of the reports have been updated to format better in Print mode.
New Text Phone Number (Enhancement) - The outbound text message phone number will be changing by September 1st.
