Inspire v4.1 Release Notes
Inspire by STX v4.1 was released on July 29th, 2024.
IP Address Limitations (NEW!) - Restrict access to login to the Inspire by STX browser version or the Inspire Worker App by a specific IP Address. This is a great feature for businesses that do not want their workers to login outside of the business.

Terms and Conditions (NEW!) - Terms and Conditions have been added to the Setup Client Form page and can require an eSignature to commit to the terms and conditions.

Logging Client Form Responses (NEW!) - The Client Form responses, including the new Terms and Conditions information will now be stored to the Communications tab as a line item with preview.

Client Form Reset Option (NEW!) - The client-facing version of the Client Form can now be reset after each submission.

Summarizing Product Sales (Enhancement) - Products sold with a qty of 2 or more will now display in one line item, such as Daily Shampoo (3 x $20.00) $60.00.

Apply Promotions or Rewards to Adjusted Price (Enhancement) - When checking out a client, you can now adjust the price of a service or product and then apply a promotion or reward.

Compensation Method Calculations by Paid Price or Set Price (Enhancement) - Calculate service and product sales by the price paid or set price.

Updates to Cash Paid In / Out (Enhancement) - The Cash Paid In & Out Page has been modernized to match the software. Additionally, the To / From and Reason are no longer required.

Option to Deduct Guest Charges from Goals (Enhancement) - The Guest Charges can now be deducted from Service Sale related goals to match the Total Sheet and Process Compensation Reports.

Setup Package Flat Price (Enhancement) - When setting up packages, a flat rate can now be used and the Inspire software will calculate the price the services or reps should be. For example, if the price before discounts is $120 ($60 Massage, $30 Manicure and $30 Blowout), then if you set the package price to $100, it will automatically calculate the services as follows: $50 Massage, $25 Manicure and $25 Blowout.

Standard Gross Margin (NEW!) - Set a Standard Gross Margin in Setup Product Line to automatically calculate the price of the product from setup. There are options to update existing products or not upon save.

Stock Number Character Limit (Enhancement) - The number of characters allowed in a Stock Number has been increased to 100 characters.

Max Availabilities in Find Appointment (Enhancement) - Find Appointment availablities can now display up to 300 options or as little as 5 options.

Browser Login Permission (Enhancement) - Enable or Disable the ability to login to the browser version of the software by worker permission.

App Login Permission (Enhancement) - Enable or Disable the ability to login to the app version of the software by worker permission.

Rebook Report (Enhancement) - The Worker Rebook Statistics have been removed when generating the Company version of the report.

Scheduled Reports Unique Identifier (Enhancement) - The scheduled reports will now have a unique identifier added to the file name to avoid confusion when downloading.

Clover Rotating Access Token (Enhancement) - Clover credit card processing now requires a rotating access token, that is implemented behind the scenes in this version of the software.

Marketing Updates (Enhancement) - The Marketing Suite has been cleaned up recently to offer a smoother email sending experience.

Marketing Featured Images (Enhancement) - Promotional images are now available in the drag and drop editor under 'Featured Images'. Simply drag the headers onto your email for a boost!
