Create and edit service groups to identify categories of services. Assigning a different color to each service group helps identify appointments or point-of-sale items easily.
Example: Service Group is “Hair Color,” Services (created later) are “All Over Color,” “Color Retouch,” “Highlight,” and “Men’s All Over Color.”
To setup service groups, follow these steps:
Go to the Navigation Menu, then Setup, then select Setup Service Groups
Click Add New to create a new item or select an existing service group
Enter a Service Group Name
Assign a color associated with the service group
Note: the font will be black over the service group color choice, our experts suggest choosing a mid-to-light color.
Select a Sort Order if desired
Enter an Online Client Facing Name if different than the Service Group Name
