CLOVER 2.7 SECURITY UPDATES
IMPORTANT: All Tokens on File & Membership Auto-Bill associated Credit Card records will be deleted with this update. Prior to this update our support team sent two emails and called each business regarding this change.

Token on File $0.01 Charge Removed (Enhancement) - when saving a token on file, there is no longer a penny charged to the card.
Location: Client Card > Accounts > Token on File / Online Booking > Required Credit Card
Online Client Card Payment Tab (Enhancement) - via the Online Booking login, there is now a Payments tab within the My Account area where the client can update their own Token on File or credit card associated with a Membership.

Memberships on Client Card (NEW!) - the card on file associated with the membership now shows the expiration date as well as a new button to update the credit card associated with the membership.

APPOINTMENTS
Resources added to Appointment Detail (NEW!) - the resource(s) in use are now noted on the Appointment Detail page under the service name.

Book Out Time End Date is 1 Year (Enhancement) - the Book Out Time end date can not exceed one year from todays date.

CHECKOUT
Assign Service Price Timing (NEW!) - the price of the service can now be assigned either at the time of booking or upon client check in. Time of Booking will assign the price when the service is booked. Upon Client Check In will assign the price when the check in button is clicked. Auto Apply Deposits Feature Removed (NEW!) - the software will no longer auto-apply deposits to the ticket. The available balance will appear at the top of the receipt, and can be applied using the Account Balance payment type.

Worker Selection Requires Tip (Enhancement) - from the completed ticket, unless a tip amount has been entered the worker names are not available for selection.

ONLINE BOOKING
Online Client Card Payment Tab (Enhancement) - via the Online Booking login, there is now a Payments tab within the My Account area where the client can update their own Token on File or credit card associated with a Membership.

Classes Button Removed (Enhancement) - if the business does not have classes activated, the Book Class button will not display on the Online Booking page.

PROCESS COMPENSATION
Secondary Compensation Method (NEW!) - a worker can be assigned a Secondary Compensation Method if they work in two different roles within the business. For example, if they bi-weekly are compensated 40% service commissions and quarterly compensated retail commissions, businesses could setup the Secondary Compensation for the quarterly retail commission.

Extra Pay Field (Enhancement) - The extra pay field now allows up to 4 numbers before the decimal point and 2 numbers after the decimal point.

CLASSES
Classes Ticket Hyperlink on Class Detail (Enhancement) - on the Class Detail page we added the ticket number hyperlinked to the completed ticket where the class was paid for.

Classes Hyperlink on Client Card (Enhancement) - the list of Classes on the client card now hyperlinks the associated completed ticket.

CLIENT CARD
Packages Hyperlink on Client Card (Enhancement) - the list of Packages on the client card now hyperlinks the associated completed ticket.

Manually Sent Reminders added to Communications tab (Enhancement) - when clicking Send Reminder Text or Email from the Appointment Detail page, the record will be added to the Client Card > Communications tab.

Gift Number added to Payment List Report (NEW!) - the gift number now appears when a gift redeem payment was used on the Payment List report.

SETUP
