Setup SalonInteractive (v4.4 Update)

Sync SalonInteractive

To pair a SalonInteractive account, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Setup 
  2. Select Setup SalonInteractive
  3. Click Sync SalonInteractive
  4. Login to SalonInteractive
  5. The SalonInteractive tab will auto-close and the Setup SalonInteractive page will tell you you are synced.
Benefits of pairing a SalonInteractive Account
  1. Send Inspire Purchase Orders direct to Supplier Carts
  2. Syncs Inspire Client List to SalonInteractive to send Product Recommendations & Marketing

Sync Products

To Sync Products (SalonInteractive Account Not Required)
  1. Click on a Product Line
  2. Select Product Pricing Default
    1. None will sync products with no price
    2. Profit Margin will assume the price based on the cost and profit margin. Example: Product Cost is $12.00, if the Profit Margin is set to 50% - the price will be $24.00.
    3. Suggested Price will change the Set Price to be the Suggested Retail Price set by the supplier.
  3. Select Suppliers (Offers SalonInteractive Suppliers and Inspire Setup Suppliers)
  4. Select which Product Groupings, Categories or Individual Products to Sync
  5. Click Save
Upon Save, the following will be downloaded to your software in seconds:
  1. Supplier (if new)
  2. Product Line (if new)
  3. Product Category
  4. Product Name
  5. Product Size
  6. Product Image
  7. Product SKU
  8. Product Cost 
  9. Product Price (depending on selection)
Info
If you already have a product with a matching SKU, the product will be updated to use the SalonInteractive Product Details but it will keep the On Hand, Minimum Quantity and Supplier Minimums the same. If the Pricing Default selection is set to None, the price will not be updated but the Cost will.
