Standing Appointment Report

Location: Reports > Appointment & Client Reports

The Standing Appointment Report will create a list of clients who have a standing appointment that ends during the date range entered.  The benefit of this report is to generate this report ideally monthly or weekly and contact the clients who need to reschedule future standing appointments. 

To generate this report:
  1. Enter a date range for when the last appointment of a standing appointment would occur.
  2. Click generate.
The report will display the following:
  1. Client Name
  2. Services
  3. Start Date of the Standing Appointment
  4. End Date of the Standing Appointment
