Inspire v2.8.4 Release Notes
This version is due to release on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022.
Additional Company Detail Required Fields Requested at Login (Enhancement) - Upon login to the browser version, a new pop up will display requesting the Legal Business Name, Business Type and Business Tax ID. Due to changes in text messaging regulations, these details are now required to send text messages on behalf of your business. The pop up will display until the Business Type is selected and these details can also be entered on the Setup Company Info page. Click here for more details.

Edit Gift Expiration (Enhancement) - Gift Expiration dates can now be edited by going to the Navigation Menu > Gift Balances, Searching & Selecting the Gift. Update the Gift Expiration date and click Save. Click here for more details.

Terminate Worker Button (NEW FEATURE!) - A new Terminate Worker button has been added to the Worker Details page that will perform the following:
- Deactivate Active Worker checkbox
- Log Worker out of all active login sessions
- Set Termination Date to today's date
- Remove all future appointment availability

Purchase eGift Default Amounts (NEW FEATURE!) - The online eGift purchase page now has default amount selections offered for $50.00, $100.00, $200.00 or other.

Gross Margin for Products (NEW FEATURE!) - Calculating or entering a Gross Margin to determine price is now available in Setup Products, click here to learn more. For example, if a product costs $20.00 to purchase it from the supplier and your Gross Margin entered is 50%, it will update the price to be $40.00.

Setup Process Compensation Sub Categories (Enhancement) - The Setup Process Compensation options for Gross Service and Gross Retail now displays subcategory options for Visit Type, Service Group, Product Line,

Allow ™ in Service Description and Package Description (Enhancement) - The Service and Service allowed characters now includes the ™ character.

Delete Purchase Order Option (NEW!) - Created Purchase Orders can now be deleted by clicking the Delete Purchase Order button. Click here to learn more.

Custom Worker $0.00 Price (Enhancement) - When customizing a worker's price or duration, the system now allows $0 for the worker's custom price.

Report Date Limitation Permissions (NEW FEATURE!) - The Worker Report Permission page now offers the ability to set a date range limitation of All Days, 365 Days, 180 Days, 90 Days, 30 Days, 7 Days or Today Only. For example, if the limit is set to 7 days and today is 10/17, the worker would not be able to generate a report prior to 10/10 or after 10/24, depending on if the report looks at future or past dates. Permissions Active by Default (Enhancement) - When creating a new permission set, by default all permissions will be enabled and you'll be able to disable the permissions as needed.

Inventory Physical Checklist Active Products with Min Qty 1 or Higher (Enhancement) - The Inventory Physical Checklist will no longer show products with a Min Qty of 0.
