Inspire by STX v3.0 is a great version full of BIG new features from a new Textel integration, Online Membership Sign Up, Online Package Sales, Class Packages and much more! Check out all the new features below!

Client Export (NEW!) - The ability to export a client list for the entire company, or by worker and/or created date has been added to the Navigation Menu. For security reasons, to use this feature the business will need to enable the Client Export permission to use the Client Export feature.

Textel Text Marketing & Chat Integration (NEW!) - Inspire by STX has partnered with Textel for 2 way text conversations and Text Marketing Blasts. To sign up for Textel, simply click on Textel from the navigation menu. Once you have completed the sign up process, which can take 5 to 10 days to be approved by the number registry, you'll be able to create filtered list for text marketing blasts. Surveys (NEW!) - Exclusively available for the Advanced Package users, Inspire by STX has added
Surveys to our native software. Up until this version, Surveys were a part of a third party integration. Advanced Package users will have 6 months to setup, gather and switch to using the new Survey feature within Inspire by STX. Additional details will be communicated regarding this change separate from the new version details.

Reviews & Review Management (NEW!) - Exclusively available for the Advanced Package users, Inspire by STX has added Reviews and
Review Management to our native software. Up until this version, Reviews
were a part of a third party integration. Advanced Package users will have 6 months to setup, gather and switch to using the new Survey feature within Inspire by STX. Additional details will be communicated regarding this change separate from the new version details.

Follow Up Tab (NEW!) - Exclusively available for the Advanced Package users, Inspire by STX has added a
new Follow Up option to send a text and/or email after every service visit.

Info Buttons (NEW!) - Info Icon buttons have been added to all pages in the software, when clicked the helpful Knowledge Base article related to that page will appear in a new tab.

Reformatting Check Out Side Outs (Enhancement) - Based on feedback from users, we have updated the flow when adding a Service or Product at Check Out. By default, only the Select Worker drop down will appear. Once the worker is selected, then the option to adjust the price, add a promotion or apply a reward will display.

Adding A Tip Changes (Enhancement) - Based on feedback from our users, the user interface to
add a tip to a completed ticket has been improved to provide added detail of adding a tip payment, then allocating the tip.

Check In / Edit Notes Timeline 14 Days (Enhancement) - Appointment Status, Appointment Notes and Service Notes can now be editing on the Appointment Detail page for up to 14 days after the date of the appointment. This will allow businesses to check in and check out tickets days after the appointment, however please be aware this can impact any payroll or reports that were generated.

Full Address on Online Transactions (Enhancement) - For security purposes, the full address is now required on all online transactions.

Package Sales Online (NEW!) - The ability to sell Packages Online has been added to the Online Booking page.

Class Packages (NEW!) - The option to add Classes to packages has been added to Setup Packages.

Class Sign Up Online with Package (NEW!) - When a client signs up for a class online, it will bypass asking for a payment if they have a class package to use.

Updates to Online Booking Home Page (Enhancement) - The Online Booking Home page has been updated to show the Purchase Package and Membership Sign Up buttons when they are enabled for sale online.

Update to My Accounts Page Online (Enhancement) - The Online Booking My Account page has been updated to show as buttons to navigate to the contact info, notifications, card on file, password management and a new option to view the remaining packages & memberships.

Display Classes in My Appointments (Enhancement) - Upcoming Classes will now display in the My Appointments page on the Online Booking page.

Product Line Added to Product List (Enhancement) - The Product Line has been added to the Product List Report.

Edit Price Permissions (NEW!) - New permissions have been added to the Worker Permissions page under the Ticket Category to allow or disallow workers to be able to edit a service price, edit a product price, apply a promotion or apply a reward.

Reformatted Reports Page (Enhancement) - The Reports page has been updated to match the Setup Page formatting and display all reports at the same time.

Total Sheet Updates (Enhancement) - The
Total Sheethas been updated to show the Gift Sales, Online Gift Sales and Gift Refunds from the Sales category to the Account Balance table. The Package Usage has been moved from the Account Balance table to the Payments table.

Reopen Cash Drawer Option (NEW!) - This version allows users to Reopen a Cash Drawer if the Cash Drawer was accidentally closed or you need to update for record keeping. A permission has also been added to the Setup Worker Permissions Page under the Tickets category and by default will be disabled for security reasons.

Add Visit Type to Standing Appointment (Enhancement) - The Visit Type drop down has been added to the
Standing Appointment page.

Auto-Populate Username (Enhancement) - When a
new worker is created, the username will by default be the email address associated with the worker but can be manually changed by the business.

Package, Membership and Class Names on Receipt (Enhancement) - Prior to this version, the line item on the receipt displayed as simply Package, Membership or Class, in this update the name of the Package, Membership or Class will display.

Appointment Status Key (NEW!) - A key has been added to the Appointment Book to identify the symbols and status bar colors.

Add Items to a Ticket Order (Enhancement) - When adding items to a ticket, the items will be added in the order they were added.

Active Products in Purchase Order Search (Enhancement) - The Purchase Order Product Search will now only display active products in the search results.

Preferred Duration Added for Solo Packages - The
Preferred Duration feature has been added to the Solo Package.
