Inspire by STX v4.7 Release Notes (Coming Soon!)
The features below will be released in the middle to end of August 2026. Inspire by STX's Product Team originally planned for one big release, now it will be two medium releases. Another update is coming in September 2026 that will include Syncing with Quickbooks, Tap to Pay Payments (Worker App), AI Voice capability, 2 Way Client Messaging and more! Stay tuned!
Inspire by STX v4.7 is a mighty version packed with upgrades for Invoicing, Estimates, Payment Requests, New Checkout & Setup Service looks plus a few new report filters.
Pay Now (Requires Integrated Credit Card Processing) – Send clients a secure payment link by text or email so they can pay their ticket remotely. If tipping is enabled, clients can also add a tip during checkout.
Invoicing & Estimates – Turn any ticket into an Estimate or Invoice right from the Checkout page, then send it to your client by text or email. Accepted Estimates automatically convert to Invoices, and Invoices can require a minimum payment before an appointment can be booked.
Find Appointment > Book Same Worker – When using Find Appointment, select Book with the Same Worker When Available to filter out only appointment times where the same worker can perform multiple services. To enable this option by default, go to Setup > Booking Preferences > Enable Book with the Same Worker When Available.
Setup Services (NEW LOOK!) - The Setup Services page got a makeover to include a variety of new features:
- Search Services
- Drag & Drop to Sort
- Preview Name, Level 1 Duration & Price, Service Group & Active Status
- Duplicate Services
- Improved User Interface
Checkout (NEW LOOK!) - The Checkout page got a makeover to upgrade the user experience:
- Search for Services or Products
- Smoother Look
- Upgraded Buttons
Checkout List Search Bar - The Checkout List now offers a search bar to find tickets based on service, worker, client, amount or ticket number.
Professional Product Filter on Product Sales by Rank - The Product Sales by Rank report now allows you to filter if you would like to include Professional Products in your results.
Doublebook Productivity Filter Added to Sales Analysis Report - the Sales Analysis Report now includes an option to Treat double-booking as unproductive in the productivity calculation.
Worker Schedule Report including Custom Hours Notes - the Worker Schedule Report will now include any Custom Hours notes.
Last 4 on TOF Receipt - when a ticket is paid using Token On File, the last four digits of the credit card will be noted on the receipt.
